PATH Act results in 2017 EITC Refund Delay

In an effort to combat tax fraud and in accordance with the PATH Act of 2015, the IRS will be holding refunds for all taxpayers who claim the Earned Income Tax Credit or the Additional Child Tax Credit until Fed 15, 2017.
