A Few Words About Python
Pycker is a Python program.
The app is based on the Python standard library and it leverages the Win32 APIs to let the program see the Windows color picker.
The exact same API calls found in this app are used in other parts of the standard library.

The Windows color picker is part of Windows and it’s implemented with the proprietary and undocumented Windows API.
Using this API, you can select a color and get the HEX, RGB or HSB values (and more).
