This matter is ongoing. No court has conducted a trial, and no final judgment or finding of liability has been entered against Madison Tax Services.

A recent court order addressed procedural legal issues only and did not decide the merits of the government’s allegations.

Madison Tax Services remains open and operational, with more than 30 years of service to individuals and business owners. We remain committed to providing lawful, professional tax preparation and tax education services.
